We believe that there is a story to be told in every bottle of wine, and within each bottle, lays the path to an incredible journey.
Wine, like music, can be nuanced, beautiful, complex, raucous, or just plain enjoyable. It can bring both intellectual and hedonistic pleasure, but most importantly, wine has the ability to bring people together. Some of our most enriching experiences and warm memories center around family, friends, and a kick-ass bottle (or two, or three) of wine.
We believe that quality rather then quantity matter. That is why we strive to bring you, our new friends and fellow wine lovers, the best there is when it comes to the ever changing world of wine. We gravitate to the little guys, like us, who show great passion for their craft. We believe in relationships. Through our enthusiasm, service, and true desire to know you and your palate, our hope is that Swirl becomes not just a pit stop, but a gathering place sans judgement, for a wine adoring community to explore their senses and create friendships. Swirl Feature Red Vino
Spann Vineyards, "Classic 4" '08 $19.99
Organically farmed out of Sonoma, California, comes this classic Bordeaux style red, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Small production (only 800 cases) and lovingly crafted, this velvety smooth, full-bodied red feels seamless in the mouth, with a long, supple finish and a good structure of complex layers that will give you hours of enjoyment. Dive in before it sells out.
Tikal, "Patriota" Bonarda/Malbec blend '09 $21.99
This wine screams for red meat. So rich and lush, we keep subconsciously grabbing this bottle before we leave at the end of the night, kind of like that favorite song you want to listen to over and over again, this wine has become that song.

DuMol Chardonnay "Chloe" '06 $77.99
These guys are rock stars in the world of wine, and this is one of their superstar, single vineyard Chardonnays out of the Russian River Valley. Robert Parker gives this beauty 92 pts from a winery that is clearly on top of its game and pushing the envelop to develop an amazing sensory experience.
Aubert Chardonnay "Ritchie Vineyard" '07
This is brilliance in a bottle. Purity and elegance that exceeds expectations, it is hard to find a better Chardonnay than those created by Mark Aubert, and this rich, impeccable,full-bodied Chard, out of Sonama, is truly something special. Wine Advocate rating: 97.
Vall Llach "VL" '04 Priorat red blend $98.99
Old vines naturally produce low yields, and Vall Llach reduces yields even further through careful vineyard management for densely concentrated wines. This is the flagship wine of the estate made with 100 year old vines of Carinena and Garnacha, but blended in with newer plantings of Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah. This is a wine of great purity and presence, with an individual character that's all its own. As it enters the mouth, it has magnificent flavors of concentrated fruit and earth with a tannin structure that is ripe, sweet, yet delicate. The winery claims that this can be aged up to 50 years, but is anyone going to delay gratification to find out?
Canalicchio di Sopra Brunello di Montalcino '05 $83.99
There is something magical about Tuscany, everyone falls in love with it, especially with the wine. Of course, the most famous and passionate wine from Tuscany would undoubtedly be their Brunello, made of 100% of their best Sangiovese from the little hill town of Montalcino. Absolute power and focus are supremely evident in the long, lingering finish that will make you close your eyes and reflect on the beautiful kiss of fruit and flavor, that persists on penetrating your senses long after its swallowed. This '05 is a sleeper vintage, much more open and inviting, without the heavy mark-up in cost as the '04 vintage.
